NARA - Education - Teaching With Documents
Ready made lesson on US history from the 1700s to the present.  Even if you don’t use the lessons there are some great primary source documents, photographs and political cartoons.

TeacherSource from PBS is an interesting and high quality collection of lesson plans for a variety of ages and subjects.

contains some interesting interactive lesson plans, videos (including real surgeries) and more on the heart and lungs.
